Holiday in France #2: the Camargue

An amazing sunny day, so JF drove us way down into the Camargue, for lunch by the Med in the cowboy-frontier-pilgrimage-beach-resort of Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer.

Lots of saddlers notionally catering to the “guardians” (French cowboys); lots of amazing ex voto in the church; lots of flamingoes.
